and.. i have returned home from camp.. first day was hell coz the planning was hell.. so.. ya.. it is like shit.. second day was better coz i have pple to help mi.. 3rd day was best.. coz i did nothing but talk and brainwashing the campers to help mi do stuff.. =X kk that was camp.. i believe that with the same money.. i can run a better camp.. alot better.. with better food.. and better planning of sleeping places.. it doesn't look professional enough.. it is more like 1 person running the camp.. and the rest are there.. juz so that they could talk to the students when it is small group time.. and my boss needs to come down personally to prevent misunderstandings and complains.. well.. this camp.. i will give it a 45%.. can be improved.. by alot..
